This magnificent and light filled home is situated on a large elevated site offering breath-taking views over Clew Bay's islands and the Nephin range mountains. The house is situated just 6 miles North of Westport just off the great western green way and on the Wild Atlantic Way.

It's quiet countryside setting is perfect for large families/groups seeking both quiet breaks or activity gatherings close to the popular tourist town of Westport.

The lodge has 8 bedrooms in total, 6 double rooms (2 with king bed and 4 with queen beds) 1 triple with king bed and small single bed, 1 twin room plus small child's bed (5ft long). There are 9 bathrooms in total, 7 rooms are en-suite. The master en-suite bedroom downstairs is wheelchair accessible. The main kitchen dining area has seating around a peninsula and nearby table. The table seats 12 adults at one time. The dining area opens on a patio to the rear of the property which enjoys a southerly aspect. There is a Cinema room with a Smart TV Netflix which seats 10/12 people comfortably. There is also another day room with some games to enjoy leading onto the second patio area which is also suitable for dining/BBQ. There are power showers, coffee machine, drinks fridge etc as well as all the usual quality appliances you would expect in such a property.
